Tumbling / Gymnastic

Tumbling

Whether your athlete is looking to gain strength and flexibility, improve their jumps, or gain more tumbling skills for cheerleading, gymnastics, or dance, we have something for everyone! All star cheerleaders  receive one tumbling class included in their monthly tuition! 

 

Rec Tumbling Classes are Beginner and Intermediate!

  • Beginner Tumbling: This class is for all of our beginners ages 3-6 with no experience required! Learning all roll variations,  handstands, backbends, cartwheel and round-off!

  • Intermediate Tumbling: Experience Required! This class is for our athletes that have nailed the basics and are ready to learn Front and Back Walk-Over variations.

All-Star Tumbling Classes- Level 1-5

  • Level 1 Tumbling: Introducing the basic tumbling skills to athletes such as roll variations, cartwheels, round-offs, front and back walkovers, and elite level combination skills. 

  • Level 2 Tumbling: Introducing athletes to Front and Back Hand-Springs and Level 2 Combination Skills. 

        MUST have ALL Level 1 Skills in order to move to this class!

  • Level 3-5 Tumbling: Introducing athletes to Multiple Standing BHS and Running and Standing Front and Back Tucks. This Class also has spots for our Higher Level athletes working on Layouts and Fulls!

Gymnastics Classes 

Beginner Gymnastics: Ages3 -6 yrs

In this class the athlete will work on basic skills on the floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. Beginner will also work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. They'll be rolling, jumping, and swinging their way towards getting the skills required for higher level classes!

 

Advanced Gymnastics: Ages 6- 10 yrs

In this class the athlete will work on basic skills on the floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. will also work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. Floor tumbling skills will be the following cartwheels, round offs, forward and backward rolls, back bends, back and front walkovers, and more.
